Fellow offers a premium next day pick-up/drop-off service for $75. However, in order to receive the best price possible we recommend booking your pick-up 3 days in advance.
Yes! When booking a drop-off from your digital locker you can select which items you’d like returned. Anything not selected will remain in storage in our secured facility.
Fellow offers a 4 hour appointment window to choose from. These periods are from 8am-12pm, 12pm-4pm, 4pm-8pm.
If you need a specific time don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to accommodate!
If you are storing luggage items such as suitcases or backpacks, you can definitely fill them up with clothing or items. However, if you are storing furniture with storage compartments, they must be empty to ensure the safety of your items.
While we do offer our own boxes, you are also free to use your own! We just ask that your boxes stay below 50lbs or you may be charged an overweight fee.
